At Century Gasket, protecting our customers’ information is a responsibility we take seriously. Our commitment is simple. As technologies evolve and change, we will continue to handle customer information with care, ensure it is protected with appropriate safeguards, and never used in ways that are inconsistent with our customers’ expectations or our obligations to them.

We do not currently use artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze customer data, make decisions regarding customer accounts, or generate customer-facing content. Any use of AI technologies has been carefully evaluated to ensure alignment with our commitments to privacy, security, confidentiality, and ethical business practices.

To support responsible technology use, Century Gasket maintains an internal AI Usage Policy that governs how employees may access and utilize AI tools. This policy limits the use of AI and helps ensure that confidential, proprietary, and customer information is handled appropriately.

In addition, Century Gasket maintains a vendor-facing AI and data privacy policy requiring suppliers, service providers, and technology partners to protect any proprietary, confidential, or customer information shared with them. We expect all partners to uphold standards consistent with our commitment to privacy and data security.

Should our use of AI evolve in the future, we are committed to doing so responsibly, transparently, and in a manner that protects the trust our customers place in us. We will continue to uphold the same standards of data privacy, security, and confidentiality that have guided our business for decades.
